Do I have to pay for return shipping?

In most cases of defective, wrong, or damaged items, return shipping is free. We'll provide instructions or a reverse pickup where applicable. If you no longer require the item or ordered the wrong item, return shipping has to be borne by you. If, after inspection, we find that the damage was intentional or was because by use, we will decline the refund.
